Profile:
Emily loves to read, write and sing. She plays piano and basketball and serves as captain of her school’s academic team. Emily enjoys spending time with her friends, her cat Magic, and her dogs Daisy and Rosie. She plans on becoming a singer/songwriter and reaching her own generation of youth with the love of Jesus. On Emily’s list of people she would most like to meet are the President of the United States, her favorite musician Carrie Underwood, and Frank Neuhauser, winner of the first National Spelling Bee who is also from Kentucky. Emily participated in the 2009 Scripps National Spelling Bee.
