Gabriela is an accomplished musician who plays bass, contrabass, and standard clarinets. She is first-chair bass clarinet in her school's band. She dreams of studying at The Julliard School and traveling the world as a musician. Her hobbies include playing chess and tennis. Gabriela is also crazy about cats and has five at home to keep her pet turtle company. She prepared for this year's national finals by spelling words while jumping on her trampoline.
