An excellent math student, Neel took first place in the Pennsylvania Math League last year and has been a member of his school's Mathcounts team for two years. He is also a member of the track-and-field team at his school and plays violin in his school's select orchestra ensemble. In his free time he enjoys playing video games, blogging about the environment, and volunteering at his local library.
