Pamela enjoys music and plays piano and flute. She lives on a Christmas tree farm and loves the outdoors. In the summer she vacations at the lake and enjoys swimming and camping. In the winter she likes to ski. Pamela is a member of her school's basketball, volleyball, and Science Olympiad teams. She hopes to pursue a career in architecture or in science engineering. Pamela's sister Mallory was a national finalist in 2002, and her brother Carl was a national finalist in 2008. Pamela participated in the 2007 national finals.
