Jonathan is an active member of his church and serves on a leadership team for its youth drop-in program. His favorite sports are baseball and curling. During the summer Jonathan umpires baseball games and helps his grandparents harvest their 12-acre blueberry farm. Jonathan would like to become a lawyer and a Zamboni driver. He participated in the 2007 and 2008 national finals.
